How to Create / Edit a Reoccurring Inspection In IndustrySafe
You can create reoccurring inspections in IndustrySafe by using the "Assign Inspection Wizard".
1. From the "Home" module, click the "Inspections Module" tab:
2. Open an existing inspection, or create a new inspection to get started.
3. Once you've found or created the inspection you'd like to schedule, click the reoccurring inspection button on the form:
4. Complete the required fields, then click the "Continue" button:
5. Verify the details of the reoccurring inspection, then select "Yes" if you'd like to schedule the inspections:
6. You will then receive a confirmation that the inspections have been scheduled:
7. Note that when you create a scheduled inspection you are actually creating a separate inspection record for each of the calendar dates within the range you have specified. In other words, you are not creating a single record, but many records at once.
8. If you need to edit, or delete an inspection record, you will need to access each record individually.
