If you're seeing this message when attempting to access IndustrySafe, it usually means just that - you've logged into the website in two different locations. However, it's tough to actually determine what the cause is, without an administrator viewing your computer to investigate. Before escalating the issue make sure you're not:

  1. Logged into the IndustrySafe software with multiple browsers or tabs. IndustrySafe allows only one secure connection per user. When you open the website up in multiple locations, or on different devices simultaneously, the software will deny access.
  2. Using your web browser's back button, opposed to the back button supplied on IndustrySafe forms to navigate through the site. This can cause issues with your browser's stored cookies, which IndustrySafe references during your session.
  3. Logged out due to inactivity. If you remain on a form for a while, the system will log you out (in other words your session expires). If you attempt to save again, the software will deny changes (as it doesn't view you as having an active session).
  4. Using a bad link to access IndustrySafe. If you log in to the IndustrySafe software successfully AND THEN bookmark the page, you will not be able to access the page again. When you bookmark the page after logging in, you're actually bookmarking your current session in IndustrySafe opposed to the page, which will eventually expire. If you need to create a bookmark, only bookmark industrysafe.com/aecom.

If none of the above applies to you, clear your browser's cookies, then attempt to log in again. If this does not solve the issue, please contact industry.safe@aecom.com so we can dig into the issue a bit further.
